Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
During high-demand periods or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping times & delivery estimates
FineStore ships products via our fulfillment partners. Because our products are sourced and shipped internationally, please allow additional time for delivery compared to domestic retailers.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website or through our store's order status page.
Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active and visible online.
Customs, duties & taxes
FineStore ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at jonlyway@hotmail.com and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. FineStore is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at jonlyway@hotmail.com — we will do our best to update the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
